![]() STEAMWORKS.NET PARTY PANIC FREEThere are many torrents and free downloads of this game and because the game is not showing up in your steam library is a little concerning but i have faith that you legitimatly purchased it. You can unistall a game by going to your game properties and deleting your local files but this will not remove a purchased steam game. There is a one way to remove purchased games which is to go to your steam support page. Ive check your library just then and its still not there. i dont know why Ive checked your library a couple times, i first checked it when you first posted and i pointed it out in a post which i deleted thinking it maybe didnt show up. Originally posted by Annonymous_Goat20:so when i uninstalled it, it left my library. But as soon as it closes Steam automatically launches, and then re-launches Party Panic through Steam, and everything works.Īdditionally, when I launch directly through Steam everything works as it should. If I try and run the PartyPanic.exe directly (by finding it in the Steam/steamapps/common/PartyPanic folder), I get the same behaviour and same output in my log file too. Perhaps some other program is blocking communications to Steam take a look at the list here: How are you launching the game? Make sure to launch it through Steam, and make sure Steam is running. This "force shutdown" behaviour is not from Party Panic technically, but built into the Steamworks API directly. Party Panic relies on being able to communicate with Steam correctly, and in the case it can not many things simply won't work. This is usually because you are not launching Party Panic through Steam. Looking at your log file it shows that Party Panic is forcing itself to shut down because it can not detect Steam running. ![]()
